REFUND + RETURNS

1. Return Eligibility
We accept return requests within 30 days of receiving the item.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and retain their original packaging and labels.
2. Return Process
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:
Contact Customer Service: Contact us by email or phone, stating your order number and reason for return.
Obtain Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA), please write it on the outside of the package.
Package the Item: Ensure you properly pack the item to prevent damage during shipping.
Send the Item Back: Send the item back to the address below and retain proof of mailing:

3. Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds for the original payment method will be processed automatically. Please note that processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment processor.
4. Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless you received the wrong item or the item was defective.
For returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Exchange Policy: For exchanges, please use the return process described above to return the unwanted item and follow the instructions to place a new order.
